The company has rich professional technical research and development team, QC team and after-sales team in the professional equipment industry of solid wood dining tables and chairs. Technical R & D team closely follow the needs of customers, in the technical development of continuous innovation, improve the function of machinery and enhance characteristics, to provide customers with the best solution. QC team will test the machine before shipment to ensure the quality of each shipped machine. The after-sales team is mainly responsible for on-site rich, remote service and spare parts distribution and maintenance services.
FIELD SERVICE
After the goods are delivered to the local area, if the customer requires, we can arrange technicians to conduct on-site machine adjustment and machine adjustment training for customers.

SPARE PARTS DISTRIBUTION AND MAINTENANCE
In THE CASE OF NON-human damage and non-natural disaster damage, for non-loss types of parts, such as motor, servo, inverter, we will provide 1 year free after-sales and maintenance. If you need to replace the parts, if you are an agent or factory customer, you can contact our factory customer service as soon as possible, if you are a manufacturer customer of our agent, you can contact our local agent, our company will process and ship the parts to the local as soon as possible within 1 week, the logistics time is normally within 1 week. If the customer needs parts outside the warranty or beyond the warranty period, we will charge the corresponding parts fee. The price of parts will be subject to the price provided by the supplier. If maintenance and on-site technical support are needed, we will charge a certain service fee.
COMMON AFTER-SALE PARTS FOR MAINTENANCE
Motor, fixture, inverter, servo and other hardware accessories. Lossable accessories such as cutting tools and drill bits are not within the scope of after-sales service.
